No, if you have deep scratches in the tank, they will not come out. Tiny scratches are very easy to rub out with chemicals, but in your case they won’t. Sorry.
The reason why many scratches can come out is because they were created by very gentle things, such as a fingernail making a mark on the acrylic. You can rub out some scratches, but honestly it never takes the mark away completely, just to our eyes.

you could try using thouse pens they sell to get scratches out of sunglasses. good luck!
