I think one dollar per gallon is a fair price for used tanks but if you have some other stuff throw in you can ask a bit more.It depends how quickly you want to sell it as well,if you can wait awhile you may get a better price.

29 gallon: Sell for $30-$40 dollars.
10 gallon: $20-$30
15 gallon: $25-$35

I would buy it for $1 per gallon and price the equipment (light, decorations, filter, etc.) according to local pet stores in your area.
