It would be the fallowing

Gravil – blue pepels
filter – emperor 400
tank size – 55 gallon
fish in tank – 4 guvinal discus and 12-20 tetras or so and maby 2 – 4 2 in cat fish
water changes – 10 to 15 percent water change a change 2-3 changes a week
plants – artifishul plants probaly silk ones and some plastic
filter changes – once a week or once every 2 weeks
